Baja Investment Properties is based in southern California in Chula Vista, near San Diego. The company has done business in Mexico for a number of years and expanded their business to the United States several years ago.

The company is very well known in Mexico and has worked with investors in Mexico, Central and South America for a number of years. It has more large property listings, both developed and undeveloped, than most any other company in Mexico.

The owner of the company, Mr. Basil Kamal, has lived and worked in Mexico for more than 20 years and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has a very good understanding of the Mexican real estate market and has successfully completed many transactions. He personally works with both large and small investors and thoroughly understand what the investor is looking for and attends to most all of the details of a transaction.
